I didn't like how they pass the skewers which is through a tray and even as we are in a pandemic, the waiters all without masks.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Precisa melhorar o atendimento... Não pela gentileza, mas passar mais vezes nas mesas para perguntar o que os clientes precisam ou querem. Tem que ficar chamando pra pedir sendo que é rodízio de espetos.
The service needs to improve... Not out of kindness, but more often at tables to ask what customers need or want. You have to keep calling to ask when it's a rotation of skewers.

Vc não pode pedir o que quer comer, tem que esperar eles passarem na mesa com os espetos, porém uma funcionária passou em todas as mesas e pularam a minha, meu marido chamou várias vezes, ela fingia que não via agente fui falar com ela, discutiu com agente e disse que não pode dar atenção pra todo mundo que chama ela, enfim, não passou nunca mais na nossa mesa rsrs, deveriam colocar pessoas mais educadas para atender agente, nunca fui tão mal atendida, não indico pra ninguém !!!
It was bad!!!!! You can't order what you want to eat, you have to wait for them to pass the table with the skewers, but an employee went to all the tables and skipped mine, my husband called several times, she pretended not to see us, I went to talk to her, argued with an agent and said that she cannot pay attention to everyone who calls her, anyway, she never came to our table again lol, they should put more polite people to serve us, I've never been so poorly attended, I don't recommend it to anyone !!!
