★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótimo atendimento e comida boa , só não peça pra entrega ,péssimo atendimento e na maioria das vezes eles mandam errado o seu pedido.
Gosto de ir no meio da semana que tem menos movimento.
Great service and good food, just don't ask for delivery, bad service and most of the time they send your order wrong.
I like to go in the middle of the week when it is less busy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PÉSSIMO atendimento dos garçons, no dia que fui só tinha um pra tirar pedido das mesas, e ainda estava bebendo cerveja com o pessoal nas mesas, o espeto já foi um dos melhores, hoje está para um dos piores (o feijão tropeiro vem parecendo um tutu de feijão pra sabe como é já se pode imaginar como vem né) a cerveja é bem gelada, isso eu garanto, mas quando a minha secou tive que levantar e fazer o pedido direto no balcão pq o Garson estava em pé cv's e bebendo com um pessoal na mesa e sempre que eu o chamava ele pedia pra esperar. Já foi um lugar de referências positivas, mas hoje se me perguntarem eu indico como um dos piores da região.
TERRIBLE service from the waiters, the day I went there was only one to take orders from the tables, and I was still drinking beer with the people at the tables, the skewer was once one of the best, today it's one of the worst (the tropeiro bean has been looking like a Bean tutu for you know how it is, you can already imagine how it comes, right) the beer is very cold, I guarantee that, but when mine dried I had to get up and order directly at the counter because Garson was standing cv's and drinking with people at the table and whenever I called him he asked to wait. It used to be a place of positive references, but today if you ask me, I would indicate it as one of the worst in the region.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento horrível. Fizemos o pedido e tivemos que esperar 1 hora pra ser entregue o prato. Outras pessoas chegaram depois e logo eram atendidas e servidas. O espeto veio completamente cru e faltando acompanhamentos, reclamei com o garçom e o mesmo informou que era pra reclamar no caixa com a gerência. Na hora que eu questionei, disseram que iriam cobrar somente o valor dos acompanhamentos e no final cobraram o valor do espeto que era maior. Sem mencionar quê, cobraram cerveja a mais que não foi consumida. Infelizmente, péssima experiência e o que eu puder não recomendar os meus colegas/amigos para nunca visitar, eu farei.
Horrible service. We ordered and had to wait 1 hour for the dish to be delivered. Other people arrived later and were soon attended to and served. The skewer came completely raw and lacking accompaniments, I complained to the waiter and he informed that I had to complain to the management at the cashier. When I asked, they said they would only charge the value of the side dishes and in the end they charged the value of the skewer, which was higher. Not to mention, they charged extra beer that wasn't consumed. Unfortunately, bad experience and what I can not recommend my colleagues/friends never visit, I will do.
