★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Não há diversidade de carnes e nem no Buffet. As carnes demoravam muito a passar na mesa, e só depois de reclamarmos uma 3 vezes foi que começou a chegar. Chegamos às 13h30 e não tinha praticamente nada de comida japonesa e nem iriam repor. Não indico
 There is no diversity of meat and neither at the Buffet. The meats took a long time to pass on the table, and it was only after we complained 3 times that it started to arrive. We arrived at 1:30 pm and there was practically no Japanese food and they wouldn't even replace it. I do not indicate

Great location, great food. I don't like live music very much, because the singer is very still and monotonous, but other than that it's all wonderful.

Gostei do ambiente e o restaurante é lindo, porém o atendimento e as comidas não estavam muito legais. No Instagram e no Google o restaurante mostram uma coisa, sendo que a realidade é outra. Chegamos as 20hs da noite não tinha praticamente nada no sushi e demoraram muito a repor, mesmo assim colocaram só duas opções de sushi e uma de hot. Em nossa mesa só chegaram 5 tipos de carne (picanha, maminha, cupim, coração de galinha e capa de contra filé) e como temos costume de ir muito em churrascarias vimos que a Espettos do Picuí ficou muito a desejar e quando perguntamos ao gerente sobre suas outras carne, sobremesas e mesa de frios o mesmo nos falou que o fornecedor não entregou e teriam que buscar com outra pessoa. Até entendo a situação sobre os fornecedores e tal, porém ele nos disse que acontece isso toda vez ou seja não foi a primeira. As sobremesas eles tem que ter sempre algumas coisas reserva para repor e não tem. As 21:56 eles começaram as organizar o restaurante para fechar, só que o horário do restaurante é até as 20hs. Me senti extremamente constrangida com a situação, eu espero de coração que o restaurante reveja esses tipos de coisas porque sendo assim muita gente vai se decepcionar como nós até porque não foi barato o rodízio e estávamos em 4 pessoas. Fiquem de olho!
I'm not one to complain about food anymore, everything has a first time, isn't it?
I liked the atmosphere and the restaurant is beautiful, but the service and food were not very nice. On Instagram and Google, the restaurant shows one thing, and the reality is different. We arrived at 8pm at night and there was practically nothing in the sushi and it took a long time to replace it, even so they only put two options for sushi and one for hot. At our table only 5 types of meat arrived (picanha, maminha, termite, chicken heart and cape fillet) and as we usually go to steakhouses we saw that Espettos do Picuí was very much to be desired and when we asked the manager about his other meat, desserts and cold cuts table he told us that the supplier did not deliver and they would have to pick it up with someone else. I even understand the situation about suppliers and such, but he told us that this happens every time, that is, it was not the first. For desserts they always have to reserve some things to replace and they don’t. At 9:56 pm they started organizing the restaurant to close, only the restaurant hours are until 8 pm. I felt extremely embarrassed by the situation, I sincerely hope that the restaurant will review these types of things because so many people will be disappointed like us because it was not cheap the carvery and we were in 4 people. Keep an eye out!
