Uma presidência que permite oficial de justiça ir para casa a ficar nos cartórios ajudando colocar as pilhas de processos em dia. O judiciário brasileiro virou a maior quadrilha existente no mundo.
Justice? Where? There was never that here. Judges, judges who retire the marginals of the judiciary instead of exonerating them. A presidency that allows bailiffs to go home and stay at the notary offices helping to keep the stacks of cases up to date. The Brazilian judiciary became the largest gang in the world.

Possui estacionamento e acessibilidade para pessoas com deficiência motora, inclusive vi um micro-ônibus do sistema Mão na Roda, do município de Vitória, deixando uma funcionária do tribunal na porta do lugar. O micro-ônibus subiu até a porta e o motorista a ajudou a entrar no prédio. Um lugar com segurança bastante severa, tipo aeroporto, com detector de metais e bandejas para tirar objetos. Abre após às 12h, de segunda a sexta-feira.
Imposing building, very structured. It has parking and accessibility for people with physical disabilities, I even saw a minibus of the Mão na Roda system, in the city of Vitória, leaving a court employee at the door of the place. The minibus climbed to the door and the driver helped her into the building. A place with very strict security, like an airport, with a metal detector and trays for taking out objects. Opens after 12pm, Monday to Friday.
