Large store, easily accessible (near the Alto do Ipiranga subway), super thoughtful and skilled attendants. They make several promotions to please the clientele. Affordable prices. I hope they come back to make make courses.

Fui no estabelecimento ao lado e logo em seguida eu iria na perfumaria, pois vi q tinha o Álcool em Spray 70% Me expulsaram do estacionamento, falando q eu n podia usar o estacionamento, pois n estava dentro da loja (falei inúmeras vezes que logo em seguida eu iria comprar o álcool), onde precisei sair com carro e pedir para minha mãe ir até o outro estabelecimento, n pude ficar com o carro parado na frente, onde um mulher extremamente grosseira e sem educação me tratou como lixo.
Precisei dar a volta no quarteirão e voltar para conseguir usar o estacionamento e comprar o Álcool.
Absurdo a forma que tratam clientes.
Quando retornei e comprei o álcool a moça que estava no caixa foi muito simpática, super diferente da outra.
Valorizo as pessoas que tratam o próximo com educação e respeito.
Compreendo que eu estava com meu carro ocupando uma vaga do estacionamento vazio e ainda n estava dentro da loja, por isso retirei meu carro e retornei 10min após para finalmente poder usar o estacionamento e entrar na loja para comprar o Álcool. Custa tratar as pessoas com educação?
Já comprei tantos produtos nessa loja, mas hoje infelizmente tive esse problema, espero que outras pessoas n tenham essa experiência.

I went to the establishment next door and right after that I would go to the perfumery, because I saw that there was Spray Alcohol 70%, they kicked me out of the parking lot, saying that I couldn't use the parking lot, because I wasn't inside the store (I told you several times that soon then I would buy alcohol), where I had to go out with a car and ask my mother to go to the other establishment, I could not keep the car in front, where an extremely rude and uneducated woman treated me like garbage.
I had to go around the block and go back to be able to use the parking lot and buy alcohol.
Absurd the way they treat customers.
When I returned and bought the alcohol the girl who was at the register was very friendly, very different from the other.
I value people who treat others with education and respect.
I understand that I had my car occupying an empty parking space and was not yet inside the store, so I removed my car and returned 10 minutes later to finally be able to use the parking lot and enter the store to buy Alcohol. Does it cost to treat people politely?
I already bought so many products in that store, but today unfortunately I had this problem, I hope that other people do not have this experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conheci essa perfumaria recentemente e gostei bastante da variedade de itens, principalmente produtos para cabelo de marcas profissionais, dificilmente encontrados em lojas assim.
O atendimento também é ótimo e me informaram que fazem entrega, o que é muito conveniente para necessidades de última hora. Ganharam uma cliente ;)
I discovered this perfumery recently and I really liked the variety of items, especially hair products from professional brands, which are rarely found in stores like this.
The service is also great and I was told they do delivery which is very convenient for last minute needs. They gained a customer ;)
