Exemplo: mesas desarrumadas o cliente é que põe cadeira na mesa para sentar, assuntos e atitudes entre funcionários que não condiz ao tipo de comércio.
Acho que o alvo deva ser sempre o cliente, portanto acho que falta um pouco de postura nos entregadores e caixa recebedor, presenciei atitude e conversa incoveniente.
As atendentes de balcão estão muito bem
treinadas e o macarrão é muito bem preparado e chega bem arrumado, quente e saboroso.
