★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O atendimento na compra foi ótimo, porém tive problemas para resolver e o pós-venda foi uma decepção atrás da outra. Montaram minha bike com peças inadequadas (câmbio incompatível com catraca roda livre que montaram) e, quando questionei, não obtive resposta. Além disso, me enrolaram para enviar a nota fiscal da bicicleta - aparentemente quem me atendeu não sabia como funcionava a emissão da nota fiscal ou simplesmente não queria me dizer que não era possível emitir no momento. Não compraria com eles novamente e indico apenas para quem entende de bicicletas
The service in the purchase was great, but I had problems to solve and after-sales was one disappointment after another. They assembled my bike with inadequate parts (change incompatible with the freewheel ratchet they assembled) and, when I asked, I didn't get an answer. In addition, they stopped me to send the invoice for the bicycle - apparently whoever attended me did not know how the invoice worked or simply did not want to tell me that it was not possible to issue it at the time. I wouldn't buy from them again and I recommend it only to those who understand bicycles
