★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you want to be in paradise, come to Ilha do Frades. There is an amazing beach quiet and discreet, food and drinks on the beach, umbrellas, chairs all for very cheap price. Enjoy guys! There is a little church on top of the hill who lead the island. Peace and happiness....

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loved this small chapel on top of the hill with a beautiful water front that shows the island coast and the land. The 123 steps up hill have space to rest, but there's also a road behind one can use. The chapel is renovated and newly painted. The entrance has some photos of the old chapel before restauration. A huge map on the board shows significant interesting points to visit either in the island or inland.
