★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Na hora da venda o atendimento até que flui, mas na hora de trocar o atendimento é péssimo. Não tem suporte pro cliente, gerente super arrogante e sem nenhuma disposição para atender à nossa necessidade. Não recomendo!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A melhor loja especializada em calçados, bolsas e cintos de Sobral. Tanto em termos de variedade como, principalmente, pela localização. O único shopping na cidade com a única loja especializada em calçados. Sentimos falta de mais atendendes, embora reconheçamos que a clientela ainda é pouca para o estabelecimento contratar mais funcionários.
The best store specializing in shoes, bags and belts of Sobral. Both in terms of variety and mainly by location. The only mall in town with the only shoe store. We miss more attendants, although we recognize that the clientele is still small for the establishment to hire more staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Loja de calçados, que existe em várias cidades, já visitei em Sobral e Fortaleza... Em Sobral tem uma boa localização e um bom atendimento, só na hora de pagar(caixa) que a demora é grande. Fui em duas lojas em Fortaleza no centro e no shopping. Mas duas lojas sempre tem muitos atendentes pra lhe ajudar, os preços são razoáveis. Encontrei problema na hora de pagar, pois tem poucos funcionários no caixa, com isso faz os clientes perder seu valioso tempo.

I went to two stores in Fortaleza downtown and the mall. But two stores always have many attendants to help you, the prices are reasonable.
