★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tive um ótimo atendimento, porém ao chegar no caixa para fazer o pagamento fui informada que o valor que a atendente tinha me passado estava errado, o valor era maior do que o que eu tinha sido informada.Procurei a gerente a mesma não fez nada para resolver a situação, fiquei muito decepcionada, pois o erro não foi meu e sim deles, mais percebi que o cliente não tem nenhum valor para eles. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por causa de um vendedor mal treinado, ou com problemas na vida, minha irmã foi distratada pelo Senhor Vendedor: AURIANO DA LOJA 812 ESPOSENDE. A troca de um produto é um direito do comprador. E me parece que esse rapaz não foi treinado para saber tratar clientes. Então muito cuidado pessoal ao entra na Loja ESPOSENDE 812 e ser atendido por esse rapaz despreparado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sou cliente da Esposende há anos e na maioria das minhas compras na Esposende é sempre no shopping Recife. Ontem fui fazer uma troca de um calçado que comprei com o vendedor Auriano da loja do shopping Recife 812 e o mesmo que foi fazer minha troca super me destratou na frente de todos os clientes e funcionários, inclusive ao lado do seu supervisor Ronilson que presenciou tudo e não tomou uma posição de início com o mesmo. Auriano persistiu me destratando, até que fui ao seu supervisor Ronilson e falei que não queria ser atendida por ele e sim por outro vendedor, e ele continuou a me afrontar. Tive que levantar a voz para ele aprender que independente de ser uma troca o cliente tem que ser tratado bem como eles fazem quando vai vender. No dia que eu fui fazer minhas compras ele me tratou super bem porque eu estava comprando, chego para trocar e ele foi super estúpido! Aprenda a ser um bom vendedor pois para ser um bom vendedor não precisa só vender e sim tem postura e um excelente atendimento e não destratar um cliente quando ele for fazer apenas uma troca, se não está preparado para ser um vendedor procure outro cargo.
I have been an Esposende customer for years and most of my purchases at Esposende are always at the Recife mall. Yesterday I went to exchange a pair of shoes I bought with the salesperson Auriano from the Recife 812 mall store and the same thing that went in to make my exchange super mistreated me in front of all the customers and employees, including his supervisor Ronilson who witnessed everything and did not take a starting position with the same. Aurian continued to mistreat me, until I went to his supervisor Ronilson and said that I didn't want to be served by him, but by another salesperson, and he continued to affront me. I had to raise my voice for him to learn that, regardless of being an exchange, the customer has to be treated as well as they do when they are going to sell. The day I went to do my shopping he treated me very well because I was shopping, I come to exchange and he was super stupid! Learn to be a good seller because to be a good seller you don't just need to sell, but have attitude and excellent service and don't mistreat a customer when he's just going to make an exchange, if you're not prepared to be a salesman, look for another position.
