★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrei em contato para pedir o orçamento de uma placa de acrílico para reposição de um box quebrado. Mandei foto da peça via whats e apesar da pessoa ter respondido que iria mandar o responsável fazer orçamento, nunca mais tive retorno. Liguei para perguntar e me disseram que iriam verificar e mesmo assim sumiram. Acho que o trabalho era pequeno e não se interessaram. De qualquer forma preciso fazer grades de proteção para minha casa, mas diante do pouco caso que fizeram, é claro que não vou voltar para orçar um trabalho maior. Afinal, com isso já fica evidente o respeito que eles tem pelos clientes. Sou comerciante e trato bem cada cliente, sei o valor de cada um deles. Lamentável empresas que pensem diferente disso.
I contacted to request a quote for an acrylic plate to replace a broken box. I sent a picture of the piece via whats and although the person replied that he would send the responsible person to budget, I never got back. I called to ask and they told me they would check and still disappeared. I think the work was small and not interested. Anyway, I need to make railings for my house, but given the little case they did, of course I'm not going back to budget for a bigger job. After all, it is already evident the respect they have for customers. I am a merchant and I treat each client well, I know the value of each one of them. Unfortunate companies that think otherwise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra ser ruim teriam que melhorar muito, o preço é bom em relação aos concorrentes sem dúvida, a primeira vista fui bem atendido, depois que fechei a compra, foi só descaso e falta de respeito, não cumpriram o prazo, sempre uma desculpa diferente, ligar para dar uma satisfações nem por decreto. Ouvi o absurdos como, quando der para entregar eu te ligo... Sem data, sem hora, uma desorganização tamanha, ou falta de interesse sem tamanho. O trabalho era uma porta de quase 500 reais, pouco, sim... Mas serviu de experiência, já havia comentado com esse senhor que tinha um trabalho muito maior para ser feito, mesmo assim o descaso foi grande. Qual a possibilidade de procurá-los para esse serviço... Nenhuma, indicar... Jamais e falar mal, sempre que me perguntarem. O mais triste é saber como empresas como essa se mantém no mercado com essa postura lamentável.
