★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Passaram 40 dias e nenhum retorno da empresa em relação ao blindex, liguei para entender o que havia acontecido e falaram que cortaram errado e pediram mais 3 dias, passaram mais 22 dias e nada, depois de insistir muito vieram instalar e adivinha ? Houve problema com o vidro de novo e alem disso o instalador quebrou a parede onde ia ser instalado, prejuizo de 180 reais e nao foi instalado novamente. Agora depois de 80 dias de espera, solicitei o cancelamento de tudo e nao me atendem e nao devolvem meu dinheiro. Não recomendo, pior serviço de todos e ainda você tem que implorar pra ser atendido.
40 days passed and no return of the company in relation to the blindex, I called to understand what had happened and they said that they cut it wrong and asked for another 3 days, another 22 days and nothing, after insisting a lot came to install and guess what? There was problem with the glass again and in addition the installer broke the wall where it was going to be installed, damage of 180 reais and was not installed again. Now after 80 days of waiting, I requested the cancellation of everything and they do not attend to me and do not give me back my money. Do not recommend, worse service of all and still you have to beg to be attended to.
