Atendimento demorou tive que ligar 3x até ser atendida, no dia de visita não apareceram e nem avisaram, deixaram para o dia seguinte, tecnico atrasou 40min (isso Pq era o primeiro horário e bem próximo) fez uma vistoria bem desgostosa disse q mandava orçamento e nada. Tive q ligar no dia seguinte para cobrar o orçamento por Whatsapp, solicitei o serviço e me responderam que era muito difícil pela quantidade de clientes visto que eu tinha urgência. Disse que então arrumaria outra empresa e o funcionário Anderson me enviou uma foto grosseira por mensagem não recomendo mesmo!!!!
Pretty bad. Service took a long time, I had to call 3x until I was answered, on the day of the visit they did not show up and did not warn me, they left it for the next day, technician delayed 40 minutes (that was the first time and very close), made a very disgusted inspection said he sent a budget and anything. I had to call the next day to collect the budget for Whatsapp, I requested the service and I was told that it was very difficult due to the number of customers since I had urgency. I said that I would find another company and the employee Anderson sent me a crude photo by message, I really don't recommend it !!!!
