No dia 14/11/2017, foi realizada uma compra de janela acho que o numero da nota é 485 no valor de R$348,00, pago a vista. Não foi informado ao cliente, que os vidros da janela não veriam no lugar, sendo entregue a janela com os vidros separados. O que acontece o cara havia me cobrado um valor para colocar a janela, estou tendo prejuízo, pois tenho que pagar a mais pois a janela não veio com o vidro e para colocar o vidro esta dando trabalho, tendo em vista que a janela já veio com as varetas, ao retirar para colocar o vidro o mesmo não esta conseguindo, pois as varetas não encaixam mais, com isso ele esta tendo que serrar um pedaço das varetas para fazer com o vidro encaixe, e com cuidado para não quebrar o vidro. Acho isso um absurdo, uma falta de respeito com o cliente. Se o mesmo compra uma janela, ela tem que vir inteira já com o vidro. Estou muito revoltada com a loja, não adianta cobrar barato, se não entregar o pedido do cliente de maneira correta. Eu comprei duas janelas com na loja que fica enfrente a da esquadrishow em abolição e as mesmas vieram com vidro. Só a de vocês que vieram assim, comprei uma pequena com vocês e também veio com o vidro. Estou tento que pagar mais caro, pelo erro da loja e pela falta de comunicação.

I think this is absurd, a lack of respect for the customer. If he buys a window, it must come complete with the glass. I am very angry with the store, there is no point in charging cheap, if I do not deliver the customer's order correctly. I bought two windows with the store that faces the squadron in abolition and they came with glass. Only you who came like this, I bought a small one with you and it also came with the glass. I'm trying to pay more, for the store's error and the lack of communication.

Quando cheguei para retirar no local a loja estava fechada aguardei abrir e mostrei a nota para uma atendente que me deixou prantado esperando para me entregar a mercadoria durante um bom tempo depois da loja aberta ! Bom eu não compro mais nada nessa loja pois nem um bom dia recebi nessa loja! Quando qualquer pessoa chega em minha casa primeira coisa que falo é seja bem vindo ou seja bem vinda! Pelo tempo que fiquei esperando a loja estando aberta e a funcionária sabendo que eu estava aguardando para retirar uma mercadoria que foi paga a vista ,eu não recomendo para ninguém !para uma loja ter sucesso a educação vem de dentro e o respeito com o cliente é fundamental! Aqui e o marido da cliente Luana!( Eu Super Não Recomendo)
