★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lugar agradável. A única coisa que deixou a desejar foi o atendimento! Parecia que as atendentes estavam de TPM! Mas tirando isso é um lugar gostoso pra ir com a família!
Nice place. The only thing that left something to be desired was the service! It seemed that the attendants were from PMS! But other than that it's a nice place to go with the family!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ruim todas as vezes que estive lá muita demora pra ser atendido,e da última vez aguardando a quase 20 minutos na fila e quando faltava uma pessoa para mim ser o próximo a atendente resolveu atender duas pessoas que acabou de chegar por ser conhecido dela. ao questionar ela a mesma diz não conseguir observar a fila pra saber quem seria o próximo sem contar que a pessoa que te serve o sorvete é a mesma que recebi o pagamento em dinheiro ou cartão sem lavar as mãos falta de higiene total mas por outro lado falta de atenção do proprietário que deixa uma pessoa sozinha pra fazer tudo por esses motivos não pretendo mais frequentar esse estabelecimento espero que melhore
Bad every time I was there, it took a long time to be served, and the last time waiting for almost 20 minutes in line and when there was a person missing for me to be the next, the attendant decided to serve two people who just arrived because they knew her. when questioning, she says she cannot observe the line to know who would be next, not to mention that the person who serves you the ice cream is the same person who received the payment in cash or card without washing her hands, total lack of hygiene but on the other hand lack of attention from the owner who leaves one person alone to do everything for these reasons I don't intend to go to this establishment anymore I hope it gets better

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Açaí maravilhoso , mas o atendimento é péssimo, atentendes mal humoradas cada uma pior que a outra ......tem pessoas que não nasceram pra lidar com o público ,então deveriam procurar outro ramo de trabalho ...... Então se eu fosse dar a nota para o açaí seria 5 estrelas , mas como não basta vender tem que saber atender , minha é uma estrela ....
Wonderful açaí berry, but the service is terrible, you are in a bad mood, each one worse than the other ...... there are people who were not born to deal with the public, so they should look for another line of work ...... So if If I were to rate açaí, it would be 5 stars, but since it's not enough to sell, you have to know how to serve, mine is a star....
