Entregaram sem cobrar frete e estou muito feliz com o meu vaso novo.A única resalva é que pedi ajuda para replantar a planta para o vaso novo e o funcionário disse que a loja não dispunha deste tipo de serviço.

Ao sair me esqueço de comprar feltro para os vasos. Voltei e comprei 1 metro, que deu R$ 6,15. Só tinha o crédito e me disseram que não podeiam passar menos de $30,00 no crédito. Mesmo sendo política do local, tinha acabado de gastar $100,00. Poderiam ter sido mais sensíveis. Não faziam 30 segundos que tinha saído de lá. Perderam cliente por $6,00.
Excellent service from staff. The owner and perhaps the son leave something to be desired in dealing with customers. Apart from that I made a purchase of approximately R$100.00 that we spent on credit. When I leave I forget to buy felt for the vases. I went back and bought 1 meter, which gave R$ 6.15. I only had the credit and they told me they couldn't spend less than $30.00 on the credit. Even though it was local policy, I had just spent $100.00. They could have been more sensitive. It hadn't been 30 seconds since he left there. They lost a customer by $6.00.

Sabemos que não é muito. Pagamos no cartão de crédito e ao sair da loja notei que havia me esquecido de comprar feltro para drenagem dos vasos. Voltei, comprei 1m de feltro que deu R$ 6,15 aproximadamente. Como só tinha cartão de crédito, fui efetuar o pagamento , que foi negado porque só poderiam passar acima de R$ 30,00. Detalhe que não faziam 3 minutos que tinha gasto R$ 100,00. Falta sensibilidade ao dono e ao filho que ficam no caixa. Parecem estar sempre de mau humor e mal olham aos clientes. Última vez que comprei por lá. Perderam cliente por conta de R$ 6,15. Sendo que já tinha pago R$100,00. Detalhe, fui embora sem o pano...
