★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Solicitei pelo delivery, o pedido para chegar até 19:15 prazo máximo, mas chegou era 20:40 totalmente fora do prazo determinado e a comida estava toda fria tive que esquentar, liguei restourante para saber motivo da demora o mesmo informou tem só um motoqueiro e funcionário do local e demanda estava alta, eu perguntei vocês não trabalham motoqueiro passeiro no tempo de hoje o rapaz disse que não. Quando o motoqueiro chegasse lá ele entregaria o meu pedido por sinal já estava pronto a horas só faltava alguém entregar. Porém o galeto após esquentado por mim era bom. Mas falta de responsabilidade e profissionalismo do local desmotiva em solicitar algum pedido.
I asked for the delivery, the request to arrive until 7:15 pm deadline, but it arrived was 8:40 pm totally outside the deadline and the food was all cold I had to heat it up, I called the restaurant to find out why the delay, it informed there's only one biker and the local employee and demand was high, I asked do you not work motorcycle riders in today's time, the guy said no. When the biker got there he would deliver my order by the way it was already ready in hours there was just someone to deliver. However the chicken after being heated by me was good. But the place's lack of responsibility and professionalism discourages you from requesting any order.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Anunciaram no aplicativo que tinham Bode Guisado para 4 pessoas. Estranhei a demora do pedido, quando fui ver no aplicativo, o pedido havia sido cancelado. Foi bom que nunca mais peço nada nesse estabelecimento. Um cliente a menos não faz falta pra vocês, né? Continuem assim.
They announced in the app that they had Bode Guisado for 4 people. I was surprised by the delay in the order, when I went to see in the app, the order had been cancelled. It's a good thing I never ask for anything at this establishment again. One less customer is not needed for you, right? Keep it up.

Mas, mesmo com a localização ajudando (de esquina), fácil estacionamento (nas ruas), arejado, público presente, o Restaurante apresentou quedas na qualidade de produtos, temperatura das cervejas, e atendimento. Acho que as cervejas são caras pra o bairro e público e que o atendimento até vem melhorando mas tinha dado um piorada significativa. Gosto do pessoal mas é o que acho. Algumas pessoas inclusive tb deixaram de comparecer, conhecidos. Msm tendo um cardápio diverso, ainda n é barato pra um restaurante "de bairro", mas é compreensível por conta da situação atual de pandemia e tudo mais. espero q Td seja corrigido/melhorado.
Knowing the owner's dedication and knowing the effort that goes into maintaining a restaurant, I couldn't give it another rating. But, even with the location helping (corner), easy parking (on the streets), airy, public present, the Restaurant presented drops in the quality of products, beer temperature, and service. I think the beers are expensive for the neighborhood and the public and that the service has been improving, but it had significantly worsened. I like the staff but that's what I think. Some people even stopped attending, acquaintances. Even with a diverse menu, it's still not cheap for a "neighborhood" restaurant, but it's understandable given the current pandemic situation and everything. I hope everything gets fixed/improved.
