★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Só não dou 10 estrelas poque não dá. Sou cliente ha mais de 5 anos, nunca tive nenhum tipo de problema e sempre fui muito bem atendido. Os atendentes sempre tiram minhas dúvidas com muito profissionalismo. Recomendo sem dúvida nenhuma.

 I just don't give 10 stars because I don't. I have been a customer for over 5 years, I never had any kind of problem and I was always very well attended. The attendants always take my doubts very professionally. I definitely recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ eu troco oleo no officana a mais de 6 anos Estou muito decepcionado e não imaginava que era a filosofia da oficina (dono ) mentir, enganar e constranger (pelo menos comigo foi assim). Fica muito fácil fazer com um cliente pague por um servico de arruma seu propor carro depois que eles estraga mesmo ainda mais eles que chama mecanico tao cabelo para resolver te cobra pelo preço alto para faz um conceito de uma peça nova que servico sai duas vezes mais qui a peça novo trocas e tenha que passar por isso. Muita humilhação nao indico mais par atroca de oleo e tbem todo as officina altera voce soube isso . agora precisa faz a carta do meu carro .
I have changed oil in the officana for more than 6 years. I am very disappointed and I did not imagine it was the philosophy of the workshop (owner) to lie, cheat and embarrass (at least with me it was like this). It is very easy to make a customer pay for a service to fix your proposed car after they spoil even more they call the mechanic so much hair to resolve charges you for the high price to make a concept of a new part that service comes out twice as much the new part changes and has to go through it. A lot of humiliation is no longer an indication of oil changes and also all the alterations you knew. now you need to make the letter from my car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sempre levo meu carro para efetuar a troca de óleo na Esquinalub e nunca tive problemas, equipe bem competente. O único ponto negativo fica pelo alto valor cobrado na troca de óleo/filtros quando esses são levados e não comprados diretamente com eles, o valor poderia ser mais baixo, por se tratar de um procedimento simples (que não leva nem meia hora para ser efetuado).
I always take my car to change the oil at Esquinalub and I never had any problems, a very competent team. The only negative point is the high price charged when changing oil / filters when they are taken and not bought directly from them, the value could be lower, as it is a simple procedure (it does not take even half an hour to be carried out ).

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento.... Comprei uma bateria novinha e dentro da garantia a bateria acabou...... falei com os responsáveis (Felipe e Rilda) e além de não resolverem nada essa mulher ainda foi mal educada.... não indico pra ninguém e vou acionar essa empresa juridicamente....
Terrible service.... I bought a brand new battery and within the warranty the battery ran out...... I spoke with the people in charge (Felipe and Rilda) and besides not solving anything, this woman was still rude.... I don't indicate for anyone and I will legally sue this company....
