Deixei meu carro pra limpeza geral, passaram confiança ao pegar o carro, pois usam ficha de controle, agendaram a hora de buscar o veículo.
Na hora que eu ia buscar o carro a pé, vi que estavam dando rolê em meu carro na rua, ao menos 2 pessoas (que consegui ver). Na hora que me viram deu pau no carro pra ir logo pra parecer que o carro tava lá no lavajato. Não me disseram isso, fui eu quem vi. Cheguei la e fingiram que nada aconteceu, o carro tava na rua do lado, com 3 pessoas trabalhando nele, pra parecer que estavam finalizando o serviço, mas na verdade não tinham feito nada. Fizeram lá na hora que eu estava chegando. E já tinha passado mais de meia hora do horário combinado de entregar.
E ainda não fizeram o serviço completo. Contratei geral e lavaram apenas do lado externo e só passaram paninho no painel. Nem aspiraram por dentro. Resumindo, paguei pela limpeza geral, só lavaram por fora e ainda deram rolê com pau no meu carro.
NÃO RECOMENDO!

I left my car for general cleaning, they trusted me to get the car, because they use a control card, they scheduled the time to pick up the vehicle.
When I was going to pick up the car on foot, I saw that there were people driving my car on the street, at least 2 people (that I could see). When they saw me, I crashed the car to go right away to look like the car was there at the car wash. I was not told that, I saw it. I got there and pretended that nothing happened, the car was on the street next door, with 3 people working on it, to look like they were finishing the job, but in fact they hadn't done anything. They did it when I was arriving. And it was already more than half an hour from the scheduled delivery time.
And they haven't done the full job yet. I hired the general and they washed only on the outside and only wiped the panel. They didn't even aspire inside. In short, I paid for the general cleaning, they just washed it outside and even rolled my car.
I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
