★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comprei uma saia branca pelo Instagram e não serviu , fui notificar a vendedora e a mesma disse que não tinha troca mas que ia abrir uma excessão pq não tinha me avisado ( bom não poder trocar a peça e o direito do consumidor ?) , conversei com alguém pelo Instagram que falou que eu poderia ir até a loja na semana seguinte , agora neste momento cheguei na loja elas me deram uma peça menor PRETA e não me deu a opção de trocar por qualquer outra peça , um descaso , e a dona lá falou que não estava ? enfim fica registrado minha insatisfação .
I bought a white skirt on Instagram and it didn’t fit, I went to notify the seller and she said she didn’t have an exchange but that she was going to make an exception because she hadn’t warned me (good not being able to change the part and the consumer’s right?), I talked to someone on Instagram who said I could go to the store the next week, now at this moment I arrived at the store they gave me a smaller BLACK piece and didn't give me the option to exchange it for any other piece, a neglect, and the owner said that I wasn’t finally registered my dissatisfaction.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssimo atendimento, fui com a minha irmã comprar algumas roupas e as vendedoras nem se moviam para tentar ajudar, e ainda quando eu pedia a peça de roupa maior ou menor elas ainda faziam com má vontade.
