Chegar na loja e a mesma estava fechada, fiquei na porta até que a atendente perguntou se queria entrar (leitura labial), afirmei que sim e mal consegui sair da porta, pois fui completamente analisada pela atendente, que primeiro olhou meu carro que estava estacionado lá fora (Peugeot 207), olhou todo o meu perfil, o que já me deixou bastante incomodada. Questionei se havia um perfume específico e a mesma afirmou que não, olhei para dentro da loja que por sinal é bem ampla e vi uma infinidade de outros perfumes e a mesma nem teve a atitude de me mostrar qualquer outro. Senti muito por esse atendimento, até porque a loja fica bem próxima de onde trabalho o que facilitaria o retorno. Saí de lá fui a Casas Parente, um atendimento sem igual, comprei o perfume e saí satisfeitíssima com uma lista para as próximas aquisições. Só estou deixando esse feedback para a loja, porque meu primeiro emprego foi como vendedora e nunca perdi um cliente, muito pelo contrário, conquistei a amizade de todos e creio que o julgamento prévio é a pior recepção que vocês poderiam dar.
Yesterday I was in that store and the experience was extremely disappointing. Arriving at the store and it was closed, I stayed at the door until the attendant asked if I wanted to enter (lip reading), I said yes and I barely managed to get out of the door, as I was completely analyzed by the attendant, who first looked at my car that was parked outside (Peugeot 207), he looked at my entire profile, which already made me very uncomfortable. I asked if there was a specific perfume and she said no, I looked inside the store, which by the way is quite wide and saw a multitude of other perfumes and she didn't even have the attitude to show me any other. I was very sorry for this service, especially because the store is very close to where I work, which would facilitate the return. I left there and went to Casas Parente, a unique service, bought the perfume and left very satisfied with a list for the next acquisitions. I'm just leaving this feedback to the store, because my first job was as a salesperson and I never lost a customer, quite the contrary, I won everyone's friendship and I believe that the previous judgment is the worst reception you could give.
