★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A beautiful place and a great hotel linking modern architecture with an ancient railway station. Rooms offer comfort such as Jacuzzi and a strong warm shower. Food is absolutely delicious and staff very nice and dedicated. With only 12 rooms available, one need to book some time before but staying there for a few night is delicious also for the surrounding nature.

I wandered in with my spouse and my two kids on a Friday night after unsuccessfully trying to make a phone reservation, and I was immediately greeted by the friendly staff and their incredible aroma of their local food. The restaurant was filling up quickly (@ almost 7:00 pm) but we managed to snag a table. We ordered pastéis de carne de sol e nata and Bruschetta for our appetizer, and lamb chops and veal parm for our main courses. Everything was packed with unique flavors! The bruschetta was fresh, had a great consistency and very little oil.
By the end of the meal we were planning our next visit.
