★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Estação é muito apertada para os momentos de grande fluxo de pessoas é preciso ter um melhor controle de chegada e partida dos ônibus pois corre-se o risco de haver uma aglomeração excessiva de pessoas e pisoteamentos e confusão pois as pessoas fazem a baldeação vindo de Magalhães Bastos e se juntam as demais que ja estavam na plataforma ou seja um risco enorme haja vista que os onibus chegam em grande volume e saem de forma muito lenta, lotando assim a Plataforma.
Infelizmente o protocolo fo covid-19 não é exigido. Pois nem agente de segurança essa estação dispõe.
Acredito que por ser um Terminal deveria ser mais espaçoso e mais organizado.

Unfortunately the protocol fo covid-19 is not required. Well, this station doesn't even have a security agent.
I believe that because it is a Terminal, it should be more spacious and more organized.
