★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ambiente limpo, bonito, mas mal organizado! Tirei uma carteira de trabalho em dezembro de 2019. Ficou previsto para eu ir pegar dia 03/01/2020. Fui e eles disseram não estar pronta. Mandaram-me ir buscar na semana seguinte. Fui buscar. Disseram que não tinha chegado porque estavam de recesso. Mandaram-me ir na outra semana e depois dia 27/01/2020, sendo que caía em uma segunda-feira. A entrega é só na sexta-feira. Eu disse lá que só ia poder pegar em fevereiro. Fui lá hoje, dia 20/02/2020. Quase me mandam ir amanhã que é dia de entrega, mas foram verificar e a a carteira já estava lá. Colocaram-me para receber a carteira com uma senha e tive que esperar todos os que ainda estavam tirando a carteira para no final eu levar menos de um minuto para recebê-la, sendo que eu nem tive que assinar nada!!! esperei mais de uma hora para levar menos de 1 minuto para pegar um documento. Fiquei revoltada! A incompetência estava sendo deles e eu que paguei o preço. Achei uma grande falta de respeito. Por que isso? Porque não foi pago diretamente do meu bolso? Sim, porque tenho certeza que isso não saiu de graça. Mas acho que isso não é o caso, não. O atendimento que é péssimo mesmo.
Clean, beautiful, but poorly organized environment! I took a work permit in December 2019. It was scheduled for me to pick it up on 03/01/2020. I went and they said they weren't ready. They sent me to pick it up the following week. I went to get it. They said he hadn't arrived because they were in recess. They sent me to go the other week and then on 27/01/2020, being that it fell on a Monday. Delivery is only on Friday. I said there that I would only be able to catch it in February. I went there today, 20/02/2020. They almost send me to go tomorrow which is delivery day, but they went to check and the wallet was already there. They put me in to receive the wallet with a password and I had to wait for everyone who was still taking out the wallet so that in the end I would take less than a minute to receive it, and I didn't even have to sign anything !!! I waited more than an hour to take less than 1 minute to get a document. I was disgusted! The incompetence was theirs and I paid the price. I found a great lack of respect. Why that? Why wasn't it paid out of my pocket? Yes, because I'm sure it didn't come free. But I think that is not the case, no. The service is really bad.

Estavam sem serviço...hehehe
Acho que vai ser mais fácil agendar via site a renovação da carteira, pegar um avião e ir a Sp fazer a renovação
Full of services in the space destined to solve problems in Detran... People in a bad mood, zero focus and don't start their activities on time... And when I was attended, guess what?
They were out of service...hehehe
I think it will be easier to schedule the renewal of the wallet via the website, take a plane and go to Sp to do the renewal

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui realizar a prova de legislação no Detran e o atendimento foi super rápido, cheguei 13h apenas para pedir informação já que minha prova só estava marcada pra 14:30h e me informaram que já poderia aguardar para fazer naquele mesmo momento.
Os atendentes foram super educados e recebi o resultado na hora.
I went to take the legislation test at Detran and the service was super quick, I arrived at 1pm just to ask for information since my test was only scheduled for 2:30pm and they informed me that I could wait to do it at that same moment.
The attendants were super polite and I received the result right away.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is probably one of the best things that the state government ever created during their administration. Enough of riding to different places to get your documents. Estação Cidadania can be found in strategic places all over town, especially in the malls. Make sure you visit in advance.
