★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendimento foi péssimo. Escolhi uma bermuda e enquanto fui me trocar, uma barata começou a subir pela parede. E como se não bastasse, haviam crianças correndo pelos provadores e um menino abriu a cortina e me expôs sem roupa para qualquer um poder ver, quando pedi pra ele sair, ele só morria de rir e ninguém fez nada, nem a atendente, nem a mãe (que depois descobri que parece que era a dona ou gerente da loja). Um descaso total, uma falta de empatia e de profissionalismo, além de uma falta de higiene gritante. Nunca mais volto e recomendo distância desse local.
Service was terrible. I chose a pair of shorts and while I went to change, a cockroach started to climb the wall. And as if that wasn't enough, there were children running through the dressing rooms and a boy opened the curtain and exposed me with no clothes on for anyone to see, when I asked him to leave, he just laughed and laughed and no one did anything, neither the attendant nor the mother (who later found out to be the owner or manager of the store). A total disregard, a lack of empathy and professionalism, and a glaring lack of hygiene. I'll never come back and recommend away from this place.
