★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apesar de abandonado pelo poder público, o prédio ainda está de pé, mal conservado porém preservando algumas características de quando foi construído, moradores da região estão utilizando para abrigar animais no local.
 Despite being abandoned by the government, the building is still standing, poorly maintained but preserving some characteristics from when it was built, residents of the region are using it to shelter animals in the place.
