★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento gratuito, boa acessibilidade para deficientes físicos, local de espera, bom atendimento, ambiente bonito. Sala de espera aberta sem ar condicionado e plataformas de embarque sem muitos bancos, principalmente no executivo.
 Free parking, good accessibility for the disabled, waiting area, good service, beautiful environment. Open waiting room without air conditioning and boarding platforms without many seats, mainly in the executive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O problema não é da Estação é da prefeitura que reduziu o número de ônibus que atende a Estação. Ônibus sentido bairro para o Horto não fazem o contorno para facilitar desembarque de viajantes na estação. Da mesma forma quem chega em Ipatinga teve o acesso aos bairros piorado. Quem tomava um ônibus agora tem que pegar dois e claro pagar duas passagens. Outro problema é os mototaxis e taxistas que estacionam nos pontos de ônibus. Parece terra sem lei.
The problem is not the Station is the city that reduced the number of buses that serves the Station. Bus headed neighborhood to the Horto do not make the outline to facilitate travelers landing at the station. In the same way who arrives in Ipatinga had access to the neighborhoods worsened. Whoever took a bus now has to get two and of course pay two tickets. Another problem is the mototaxis and taxi drivers who park at the bus stops. It looks like land without law.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Habitualmente o local esta limpo, incluindo banheiro. Há acessibilidade para cadeirantes, inclusive no estacionamento gratuito. Próximo aos horários do trem fica baste movimentado. Inconveniente é que a tarde o sol bate dentro da estação e a plataforma não é coberta em toda sua extensão.
Usually the place is clean, including the bathroom. There is accessibility for wheelchair users, including free parking. Close to train times it is very busy. Inconvenient is that in the afternoon the sun hits the station and the platform is not covered in its entire length.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atende os propósitos e estrutura para o TREM Vitória-Minas, no entanto poderia ter sido montada em frente ao centro da cidade (o trem PASSA lá) para sim, atender a população que o utiliza e melhor integração com os coletivos da cidade. 90% dos ônibus não passam lá. Canal TV NMR sempre de olho, a vida como é!
It serves the purposes and structure for the Vitória-Minas TREM, however it could have been set up in front of the city center (the PASSA train there), to meet the population that uses it and better integration with the city's collectives. 90% of buses do not go there.
