Com dois acessos, porém o da avenida Capitã João não é possível comprar bilhete no guichê.
Atendimento é regular quando não ruim, em relação ao atendimento ao "usuário", como somos designados, ( os funcionários devem pensar que somos usuários de drogas, mas os adictos devem ter seus direitos respeitados), passagem cara e falta uma CATRACA LIVRE, PARA QUEM TENHA PROBLEMAS COM RECARGA OU ESQUECEU A CARTEIRA).
O acabamento é rústico e não é moderna, quando comparada a estação Tamanduateí, perde no quisito acabamento.
Não identifiquei nenhuma obra de arte na estação.
Banheiros e estação no geral e limpa é existem câmeras em quarteirão excessiva, porém, caso precisar espero ator sirva para algo.
Fiquem com Deus & a benção para quem é católico de Santa Catarina de Alexandria (25/11/2021).

Service is regular if not bad, in relation to service to the "user", as we are designated, (employees must think we are drug users, but addicts must have their rights respected), expensive ticket and a FREE RATCHET is lacking, FOR THOSE WHO HAVE PROBLEMS WITH RECHARGING OR FORGOT THE WALLET).
The finish is rustic and not modern, when compared to the Tamanduateí station, it loses in the finishing touch.
I haven't identified any artwork on the station.
Bathrooms and station in general and clean and there are excessive cameras in the block, however, if you need to I hope an actor is useful for something.
