★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tenho vários problemas de queda na internet da estação net, muito insatisfeito com a empresa. Internet cai muito, atendimento péssimo e pago um valor muito alto pelo serviço disponibilizado pela empresa. Não indico a ninguém.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssimo atendimento, não tiveram a competência de me explicarem todos os planos com atenção. O que parece é que não se importam com o cliente. Tem até um preço bom, mas como o atendimento é muito ruim, preferi aderir a uma operadora mais cara.

Sou cliente a 6 anos e sempre foi assim, não valorizam o cliente parecendo que estamos pedindo um favor.
