★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu realizei o pedido hoje as 20:20 e deram 40 minutos para chegar. Agora vai fazer 1:30h que eu pedi e não recebi o pedido. Quando liguei para cancelar a atendente foi DEBOCHADA e falou “ Ahh não posso fazer nada, se você quiser cancela ai na porta com o motoqueiro”. Eu não ligo de atrasar, entendo que existem dias corridos mas cabe ao atendimento informar que pode ocorrer um atraso. Mas não foi o que ocorreu, eu liguei uma vez para perguntar o que aconteceu e a atendente só falou que já tinha saído o pedido, até ai OKAY! O problema é o pedido atrasar tudo isso e ainda ouvir o deboche da garota no telefone. EU POSSUO UM CADASTRO ANTIGO COM VCS MAS EU NUNCA MAIS EU COMPRO AI! Eu pago o dobro em outra mas não peço mais com vcs.
I placed the order today at 20:20 and it gave 40 minutes to arrive. Now it will be 1:30 pm that I ordered and did not receive the order. When I called to cancel the attendant was DEBATED and said "Ahh I can do nothing, if you want to cancel there at the door with the biker." I do not care to be late, I understand that there are days but it is up to the service to inform you that a delay may occur. But that's not what happened, I called once to ask what happened and the attendant only said that the order had already left, until then OKAY! The problem is the request to delay all this and still hear the girl's mockery on the phone. I HAVE AN OLD REGISTRATION WITH VCS BUT I NEVER BUY AI! I pay double in another but I don't ask you anymore.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pizza é muito boa, porém, é inaceitável esperar por quase duas horas uma pizza. Estamos em 2021, o serviço de delivery tem que obrigatoriamente funcionar bem. Fiquei um bom tempo sem comprar para ver se eles iriam melhorar, mas é só ladeira abaixo.
The pizza is very good, however, it is unacceptable to wait for almost two hours for a pizza. We are in 2021, the delivery service must work well. I didn't buy for a while to see if they would improve, but it's just downhill.

Good pizza but very thin crust used to go to pizzerias and it's thick crust but it's worth it and the price is not too salty 46 real one chicken with catupiRi
