★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei da integração com o shopping Tucuruvi, porém quanto ao aviso sonoro do Trem do metrô esta muito alto, fiz a medição do som está com a média de 78 Decibéis. Deveriam modernizar as campainhas.
 I liked the integration with shopping Tucuruvi, but as the beep subway train this too high, did the sound measurement is to the average of 78 decibels. They should modernize the doorbells.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Funcionários sempre dispostos a ajudar, a estação em si é antiga mas está sempre limpa e bem conservada. Falta bebedouros no local, algo que deveria ser revisto pelo metro, principalmente nos meses em que temos o calor insuportável de São Paulo.
Staff always willing to help, the station itself is old but it is always clean and well maintained. There are no drinking fountains on the premises, something that should be reviewed by the meter, especially in the months when we have the unbearable heat of São Paulo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O shopping é um grande atrativo e fez com que melhorasse consideravelmente o local. A instalação do mini mercado do Carrefour foi bem providencial. O entorno deveria ser melhorado. Os novos terminais contribuíram positivamente para o cotidiano dos usuários.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ainda que a estação tenha passado por reformas recentemente (com a inclusão de um novo acesso e elevador) sempre é uma tristeza pegar metrô no Tucuruvi, com exceção de conseguir lugar para sentar no trem. As filas são intermináveis, não tem espaço suficiente para a demanda crescente, carece de segurança e as paredes do corredor que liga as catracas e a entrada do shopping ao acesso pela Av Tucuruvi, possuem infiltrações. Além da enorme quantidade de pessoas pedindo dinheiro no local, até mesmo de forma agressiva. Conheço uma pessoa que ficou presa no elevador durante mais de trinta minutos sem ninguém prestar auxílio, é uma tristeza aquela estação. E olha que tinha tudo para ser um ótimo lugar.
Although the station has recently undergone renovations (with the inclusion of a new access and elevator), it is always a sadness to catch a metro in Tucuruvi, except for a place to sit on the train. The queues are endless, do not have enough space for the growing demand, lacks security and the walls of the corridor that connects the ratchets and the entrance of the mall to the access by Av Tucuruvi, have infiltrations. Besides the huge amount of people asking for money on the spot, even aggressively. I know a person who got stuck in the elevator for more than thirty minutes without anyone to help, it's a sadness that season. And it looks like it had everything to be a great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entrada para deficientes é bloqueada pelos taxis. Estou usando muletas temporariamente e precisei ir ate o metro. Foi um sofrimento. Apesar de ter uma vaga para embarque e desembarque de pessoas com mobilidade reduzida, o carro me deixou na pista porque não quis se indispor com os taxistas do ponto. Errado o motorista do uber e errados os taxistas! Resultado foi um acesso mais longo, perigoso e desgastante à rampa de deficientes. Maior vergonha alheia de vocês. Imagina quem passa por isso todos os dias?
Handicapped entrance is blocked by taxis. I'm using crutches temporarily and needed to go to the subway. It was a suffering. Despite having a place for boarding and disembarking people with reduced mobility, the car left me on the track because I did not want to bother with the taxi drivers of the point. Wrong uber driver and wrong taxi drivers! The result was longer, more dangerous and exhausting access to the disabled ramp. Biggest shame of others. Imagine who goes through this every day?
