★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema da faculdade, como qualquer outra, dá problema, tem que esperar e tudo o que acontece em qualquer faculdade, vai acontecer nessa. Basta paciência que as coisas se resolvem. Mas eu gostaria de elogiar o pólo e uma funcionária em especial. Já são quase 2,5 anos que estou lá e Mikaela é o exemplo em pró-atividade e resolução de problemas. Não houve uma única vez que ela não fez o possível e foi além, pra me atender. Mesmo que eu ligasse 5 vezes no mesmo dia, ela me atendia com a mesma educação da primeira vez e com muita paciência. Sei que se depender dessa pessoa, a vida acadêmica de qualquer um na Estácio será melhor. Obrigada ao pólo e à Mikaela que sempre foram nota 10.
The college system, like any other, is a problem, you have to wait and everything that happens in any college will happen there. Just patience and things will be resolved. But I would like to commend the polo and one employee in particular. I've been there for almost 2.5 years and Mikaela is an example in proactivity and problem solving. There was not a single time that she didn’t do her best and went further, to answer me. Even though I called 5 times in the same day, she answered me with the same education as the first time and with great patience. I know that if it depends on that person, the academic life of anyone at Estácio will be better. Thank you to the polo and Mikaela, who have always been top 10.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pra pagar são super rápidos e atenciosos, pra resolver problemas e ajudar alunos um horror, faz uma semana que to tentando falar com vocês e não tenho nenhum respaldo e ajuda decente, NENHUM TELEFONE DAS UNIDADES ATENDEM, me passaram telefones inexistentes. Paguei minha matricula e nao recebi numero de matricula e nenhum email falando sobre as informações da faculdade e acesso. nojento !
They are super fast and thoughtful to pay, to solve problems and help students a horror, I've been trying to talk to you for a week and I have no support and decent help, NO PHONES IN THE UNITS ANSWER, they gave me non-existent phones. I paid my tuition and didn't receive registration number and no email talking about college information and access. disgusting !

Tentei ser aluno: o atendimento no whatsapp foi horroroso, respostas sem nenhum nexo, atendente escreve errado, telefones da instituição não atendem (mesmo nos números informados nas respostas das reclamações recentes). Desisti de ser aluno nós primeiros momentos. Primeiras impressões é que o polo não possui preparo
Bad service, without any fast support. I tried to be a student: the service on whatsapp was horrible, answers without any connection, the attendant writes wrongly, the institution's phones do not answer (even in the numbers informed in the responses to recent complaints). I gave up being a student in the first moments. First impressions is that the pole is unprepared

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ estou a 2 meses tentando se cadastrar no CIEE e quando chega na parte de colocar o nome da instituicao Estacio so aparece a de Cotia. ja liguei varias vezes,atendente fala que nao sabe explicar.
I've been trying to register at CIEE for 2 months and when it comes to putting the name of the institution Estacio, only Cotia appears. I've called several times, the attendant says he doesn't know how to explain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para pedir para pagar o boelto da matricula eles são maravilhosos, para prestar suporte depois que paga o boleto terriveis. Suporte pelo whatsapp não funciona. Nao respondem, quando respondem são respostas sem nexo, digitam errado, ficam mandando ''kkkk''... Horrivel, so dor de cabeça, mal entrei ja quero sair.
To ask to pay the tuition bill they are wonderful, to provide support after you pay the terrible bill. Whatsapp support does not work. They don't answer, when they answer, they are gibberish, they type wrong, they keep sending ''kkkk''... Horrible, just a headache, as soon as I entered, I already want to leave.

Estou com um problema pra acessar a minha plataforma, não consigo ver as aulas, não consigo nem pagar o boleto e nem o link para a redefinição de senha eu estou recebendo. Estou a DIAS tentando contato e eles simplesmente não respondem ou ao menos tentam resolver a situação, preciso ficar implorando para responderem! Hoje uma moça que se identificou como Jenni disse que resolveria minha situação e que iria me ligar, aguardei a manhã inteira e NADA! Será que se eu deixar de pagar o meu boleto eles também estarão nem aí desta forma? Pagam absurdos para influencers fazerem propaganda mas não dão o mínimo de suporte aos Alunos em algo tão simples.
Mas sério, possíveis alunos, fujam pq o descaso é complicado.
People ESCAPE this college! I'm having a problem accessing my platform, I can't see the classes, I can't even pay the ticket or the password reset link I'm receiving. I've been trying to contact them for DAYS and they just don't respond or at least try to solve the situation, I have to keep begging them to respond! Today a girl who identified herself as Jenni said that she would solve my situation and that she would call me, I waited all morning and NOTHING! Will it be that if I stop paying my ticket they will also not care this way? They pay absurd for influencers to advertise but they don't give the students the least support in something so simple.
But seriously, possible students, run away because neglect is complicated.
