★ ★ ★ ★ ★ péssima instituição, não recomendo. Tive diversos problemas enquanto aluna, e hoje como ex aluna continuo tendo estresses e danos. Professores excelentes, mas coordenação péssima. ESTACIO SO QUER SEU DINHEIRO.
 bad institution, I don't recommend it. I had several problems as a student, and today as an ex-student I continue to have stress and damage. Excellent teachers but poor coordination. ESTACIO ONLY WANTS YOUR MONEY.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado com as facilidades que a Estácio lhe oferecer para o ingresso ou retorno a um curso. Você está contratando um financiamento sem ser informado. O telemarketing ativo te vende a facilidade mas não te informa sobre o "financiamento" que vc está contratando em conjunto. Você só sabe da existência disso quando começa a receber ligações de cobrança. E o melhor de tudo que nem pela central, presencial ou pelo portal você consegue obter alguma informação corrente... Parabéns Estácio... Exemplo de empresa....#sqn... Estudantes fiquem atentos e não se deixem enganar com as ditas facilidades... Na real estarão contratando uma dor de cabeça
Be careful with the facilities that Estácio offers you for entering or returning to a course. You are hiring a loan without being informed. Active telemarketing sells you the facility but does not inform you about the "financing" that you are contracting together. You only know about it when you start receiving collection calls. And best of all, you can't get any current information either through the central, in person or through the portal... Congratulations Estácio... Example of a company....#sqn... Students, stay alert and don't be fooled by the said facilities... In reality they will be contracting a headache

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Triste de quem precisar de atendimento diretamente com o polo Gilberto Gil !! É um absurdo que vcs não tenham um contato para efetuarmos ligações para tirarmos nossas dúvidas e realizarmos requerimentos, pq disponibilizam um numero de whatsapp a qual temos uma grande dificuldade para obter repostas. Fica aqui minha insatisfação para os que estão cogitando a possibilidade de entrar nessa cilada.

It's absurd that you don't have a contact to make calls to answer our questions and make requests, because they provide a whatsapp number to which we have great difficulty getting answers. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ se você resolver cancelar vai ser uma burocracia sem tamanho, já liguei inúmeras vezes e já fui na instituição e não consegui. Eles querem que eu pague um valor que não contratei, sendo que tenho print do valor de quando fiz minha inscrição com o valor que pensei que pagaria, até agora tentando resolver isso e nada.
