Madureira Polo HORRIBLE. Website doesn't work, terrible service (unless you want to make a payment, then the service goes up in category). It is simply impossible to do anything through SIA.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Profissionais muito descompromissados e cada um fala uma coisa sobre o mesmo assunto. Muita desorganização e falta de coerência. Para ser uma universidade, deveria ser muito mais organizada e criteriosa em relação aos profissionais, tanto da parte administrativa quanto da parte acadêmica.
Very uncommitted professionals and each one says something about the same subject. A lot of disorganization and lack of coherence. To be a university, it should be much more organized and discerning in relation to professionals, both administratively and academically.

A instituição não tem espaço de brinquedoteca de qualidade para as mães universitárias que precisam levar os filhos para conseguirem estudar. O atendimento demora um pouco. As salas são bem conservadas. Alguns professores são bem legais. Na minha opinião precisa haver um espaço decente para as crianças ficarem enquanto as mães ou os pais estudam, não espero que haja uma creche e sim um local seguro e livre de ácaros e fungos.
It is an easily accessible location, parking is no more than $10.
The institution does not have a quality toy library for university mothers who need to take their children to study. The service takes a while. The rooms are well maintained. Some teachers are really nice. In my opinion, there needs to be a decent space for children to stay while their mothers or fathers study, I don't expect there to be a day care center, but a safe place, free from mites and fungi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ótima faculdade, tem seus problemas como toda outra faculdade tem com relação aos atendimentos, mas conseguem atender e resolver os problemas da melhor forma possível, facilita no ingresso a Universidade, professores são muito bons, particularmente gosto muito da Estácio.
Great college, it has its problems like every other college has with regard to attendance, but they manage to meet and solve problems in the best possible way, it makes it easier to enter the University, professors are very good, I particularly like Estácio.
