★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Minha experiência com a Estácio foi realmente traumática, você chega na instituição para conhecer e eles já te levam p matricular, te informam um desconto, te pressionam p pagamento do boleto p não perder o dito desconto, ao matricular, te dão um desconto menor, (aq o “vendedor” do curso já sumiu e não te responde mas) não se disponibilizam a resolver de jeito nenhum! E eu tentei durante um mês p não ter que cancelar a matrícula! Quando decidi cancelar, tive tanta gente me mandando msg que parecia até meu aniversário!
Atendimento humanizado em tempos tão difíceis é a palavra! Eu poderia até continuar com o valor absurdo não informado, mas com a falta de empatia desta faculdade, fica difícil! E é triste, porque o atendimento presencial da secretaria é otimo! O espaço é maravilhoso, grandioso e de ótima estrutura. Ms atendimento hoje em dia, é 80% da instituição.
My experience with Estácio was really traumatic, you arrive at the institution to meet and they take you to enroll, inform you of a discount, pressure you to pay the boleto so you don't miss the said discount, when you enroll, they give you a smaller discount, (here the "seller" of the course has disappeared and doesn't answer you but) they are not available to solve it at all! And I tried for a month to not have to unsubscribe! When I decided to cancel, I had so many people texting me that it felt like my birthday!
Humanized service in such difficult times is the word! I could even continue with the absurd value not informed, but with the lack of empathy of this faculty, it is difficult! And it's sad, because the in-person service of the secretary is great! The space is wonderful, grandiose and of great structure. Ms attendance nowadays, is 80% of the institution.
