Precisei cancelar minha matrícula e pediram para solicitar por e-mail, assim fiz como solicitado.
Porém ninguém responde, nem por WhatsApp nem por e-mail.
It was the worst possible experience I've had with college.
I had to cancel my registration and they asked to request it by email, so I did as requested.
But nobody responds, neither by WhatsApp nor by email.
