★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O sistema da Universidade é mto ruim, pois é voltado para a captação de alunos, então tudo é estruturado a partir do marketing, não da educação. Trabalho e lido com universidades há mais de dez anos e poucas vezes vi uma gestão tão ruim, exceto o marketing, que é mto bom. O sistema EaD é mto instável e apresenta mtas falhas, o atendimento é estruturado para ser hostil (não as pessoas, mas o modo como é feito) aos alunos, com uma quantidade injustificada de falhas. Prefiro não comentar sobre a qualidade do material didático. O sistema de pagamento deles é cheio de armadilhas, mesmo pagando tudo rigorosamente em dia - confira no Reclame Aqui para entender melhor. Já os preços são mesmo mto bons. Recomendo vc não fazer.
 The University system is very bad, as it is geared towards attracting students, so everything is structured around marketing, not education. I have worked and dealt with universities for over ten years and I have rarely seen such bad management, except for marketing, which is very good. The distance education system is very unstable and has many flaws, the service is structured to be hostile (not people, but the way it is done) to students, with an unjustified amount of flaws. I prefer not to comment on the quality of the teaching material. Their payment system is full of pitfalls, even paying everything strictly on time - check it out on Reclame Aqui to get a better understanding. The prices are really good too. I recommend you don't.
