★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estabelecimento anuncia a diária a R$ 20,00 para pagamento antecipado, todavia o manobrista que me atendeu no momento que entrei me disse que poderia pagar na saída. Para minha surpresa quando fui pegar o carro me cobraram R$ 25,00, exatamente porque eu não paguei antecipado. Embora reconhecendo que houve um mal entendido e estavam errados, não me ressarciram a diferença alengando que o "sistema" não permite a devolução. R$ 5,00 é um valor muito pequeno para perderem um cliente e potencial mensalista para algum dos vários concorrentes próximos.
The property advertises the room at R $ 20.00 for advance payment, however the valet who attended me the moment I entered told me that he could pay on departure. To my surprise when I went to get the car I was charged R $ 25.00, exactly because I did not pay in advance. While recognizing that there was a misunderstanding and they were wrong, they did not compensate me for the difference by stating that the "system" does not allow return. $ 5.00 is too small to lose a customer and potential monthly to any of several nearby competitors.
