- Não há luzes indicativas de entrada e saída de veículos
- Nâo há sinal sonoro de entrada e saída de veículos
- A rampa de acesso está danificada causando risco para ciclistas, motociclistas e pedestres principalmente, ou até riscos para carros que possam ser danificados com algum detrito do concreto esfarelado que fica na frente do estacionamento
- Não há nenhum sensor anti-esmagamento nas cancelas e isso pode danificar o veículo ao adentrar no estacionamento.
- Se acontecer alguma avaria, o dono não irá re responsabilizar e você só será indenizado se procurar a justiça.
 I do not recommend this parking lot:
- No vehicle entry and exit lights
- No vehicle beeps
- The access ramp is damaged causing a risk to cyclists, motorcyclists and pedestrians mainly, or even risks to cars that may be damaged with some crumbling concrete debris in front of the parking lot.
- There is no anti-crush sensor on the gates and this can damage the vehicle when entering the parking lot.
- If a malfunction occurs, the owner will not be held responsible and you will only be compensated if you seek justice.
