★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Neste momento de pandemia e crise, conseguimos facilmente ver quem soube/sabe se adaptar a nova realidade. A experiência vivenciada a pouco no "O Mestre", mostra o despreparo dos funcionários e por consequência da loja. Funcionários não organizam as filas, ocorrendo desorganização e "furadas" da mesma. Funcionários não apresentam os produtos/valores adequadamente, só dizem "olhe aí pelo vidro"... Então, simplesmente péssimo atendimento e experiência vivenciada. Se atualizem, se adequem a nova realidade "O Mestre". Pois devido a atendimentos e atitudes como a de hoje, que várias empresas estão sofrendo tanto nesta pandemia.
 In this moment of pandemic and crisis, we can easily see who knew how to adapt to the new reality. The experience recently lived in "O Mestre", shows the employees' unpreparedness and consequently of the store. Employees do not organize the lines, causing disorganization and "leaks". Employees do not present the products / values properly, they just say "look through the glass" ... So, just terrible service and lived experience. Get updated, adapt to the new reality "The Master". Because of the attendance and attitudes like today, that several companies are suffering so much in this pandemic.
