Muito ruim.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O estacionamento cobra R$ 8,00 por 3 horas. O tempo é inferior ao que é cobrado em outros shoppings na cidade de Fortaleza, os quais cobram por 5 horas o mesmo valor. Assim, um compromisso como uma sessão de cinema, reunião com amigos, aniversários ou outro que leve um tempo superior a 3 horas, o consumidor paga um preço alto. O fato de ter seu veículo seguro é otimo, porém, o valor é desproporcional para 3 horas de permanência. Ademais, tenho a certeza que para os lojistas é positivo o consumidor passar um tempo acima de 3 horas no shopping, cujo período pode garantir vendas e lucros aos estabelecimentos e valorização de seus serviços.
