★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrível fui estacionar meu carro que estava com mercadoria não deixaram eu estacionar não tinha nada escrito proibido para carro com mercadoria pois só tinha 3 três mulheres no carro mesmo assim não teve nenhum respeito. E o proprietário funcionários fala que o dono tá nem aí para reclamações .
Horrible I went to park my car that was with merchandise did not let me park there was nothing written prohibited for car with merchandise since there were only 3 three women in the car anyway so had no respect. And the owner's employee says that the owner is not even there to complain.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Coloquei o carro nesse estacionamento, porém tive que mudar os planos e sai com apenas 3 minutos, ainda assim me cobrou R$ 12,00, um absurdo, isso é querer ganhar dinheiro às custas dos outros, qualquer estacionamento teria o bom sendo de isentar o cliente, não coloco mais meu carro em nenhum da rede.
I put the car in that parking lot, but I had to change my plans and left in just 3 minutes, still charged me R $ 12.00, absurd, that is wanting to earn money at the expense of others, any parking would have the good thing of being exempt the customer, I no longer put my car on any of the network.

Descobri isso no meio do caminho, já que o espelho estava totalmente baixado!
Não me avisaram por ter pensado que ele havia quebrado.
They tried to retract my car's mirror (which is not retractable) and almost broke it!
I found this out on the way, since the mirror was fully lowered!
They did not warn me for thinking that it had broken.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estacionamento muito movimentado com alguns funcionários despreparados para resolver conflitos. Nosso veículo foi devolvido com um talho de porta na lateral, questionamos e o manobrista da entrega disse que não saberia justificar e teria que verificar nas câmeras. Muito aceitável esta solução se não fossem outros dois funcionários de iniciais F e A que com muita agressividade vieram nos acusando de oportunistas afirmando que nosso carro já tinha dado entrada com tal avaria e que não teriam imagens de câmeras para nos mostrar. Fomos ofendidos e expulsos aos gritos descontrolados de "fora daqui" por estes dois manobristas. Minha filha que é uma criança ficou muito assustada com o comportamento destes funcionários descontrolados e despreparados para lhe dar com público. Enfim, ficamos com o prejuízo e de brinde ofensa e hostilidade. Se não tiver como evitar este estacionamento, p não ter o problema que tivemos, torça para não aparecer avaria e se aparecer já ignore pq no máximo que vai conseguir é mais dor de cabeça.
Very busy parking with some employees unprepared to resolve conflicts. Our vehicle was returned with a door cut out on the side, we questioned it and the delivery valet said he couldn't justify it and would have to check on the cameras. This solution was very acceptable if it weren't for two other employees with initials F and A who aggressively came accusing us of opportunists claiming that our car had already been filed with such damage and that they would not have camera images to show us. We were offended and expelled with uncontrolled shouts of "out of here" by these two valets. My daughter, who is a child, was very frightened by the behavior of these uncontrolled and unprepared employees to give her the public. Anyway, we are left with the prejudice and the gift, offense and hostility. If you can't avoid this parking lot, if you don't have the problem we had, hope it doesn't show up and if it does, ignore it because the most you'll get is more of a headache.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esse estacinamento é super perigoso, eu gosto muito dessa rede de estacionamento porém nunca mais coloco um carro meu nesse estacionamento. Roubaram dinheiro que tinha esquecido dentro do carro, questionei o funcionário que paguei o estacionamento e ele disse que so poderia ser resolvido na segunda feira sendo que aconteceu em um sábado. Ele falou qque tinha câmera, e so o gerente pode resolver essa questão e o gerente não estava la. Tomem muito cuidado, não aconselho a deixarem a chave la..
This parking lot is super dangerous, I really like this parking network, but I never put my car in this parking lot again. They stole money that I had forgotten in the car, I questioned the employee who paid for the parking and he said that it could only be resolved on Monday as it happened on a Saturday. He said he had a camera, and only the manager can resolve this issue and the manager was not there. Be very careful, I don't advise leaving the key there..
