No demais, é bom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui para um velório no cemitério do Araçá e a única opção era essa por isso abusam do direito de atender bem os clientes , por conta de um imprevisto entrei no estacionamento as 22,59 hrs e exatos 6 minutos depois conforme recibo de pagamento precisei retornar, solicitei que me devolvessem o carro e eu retornaria em 20 minutos depois para estacionar novamente, o atendente disse que não era possivel, que eu pagasse e que depois pagasse novamente pela estadia, paguei sob protesto e resolvi ir de uber mas nunca mais utilizarei tal estabelecimento, resolvi postar não por conta do valor mas pela falta de respeito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Atendente mal educado! Primeiro perguntei se poderia estacionar e levar a chave, pois tinha vaga, e o mesmo disse que o dono não permite em um tom desapropriado. Ai perguntei se ele então tinha a declaração de bens e ele falou que não e que pra eu estacionar em outro lugar. Sem condições!
Rude attendant! First I asked if I could park and take the key because it had a parking space, and the same said that the owner does not allow in an inappropriate tone. Then I asked if he had the declaration of goods and he said no and that for me to park somewhere else. No conditions!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Perdi minha carteira com meus documentos no 17/02/2019,no estacionamento,estacionei o carro por volta das 6:30 da manha,minha carteira caiu qndo abri a porta do carro,fiz meus afazeres e qndo me dei conta da carteira,voltei rapidamente ao estacionamento,ja era outro cara que estava la,perguntei sobre a carteira e ele disse que nao tinham achado nada ele nem fez questão de ligar pro outro cara que estava la,muito estranho a atitude do cara,enfim documentos bloqueados e b.o feito

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eu fique muito decepcionado com o local pois cobraram R$ 123,00 por 13 horas de estacionamento, tentei argumentar que seria quase o valor mensal... e o manobrista, como li em outros comentários, falou para eu estacionar em outro local. Alem do preço abusivo, o tratamento com cliente ficou em ultimo lugar.
Não acredito que os proprietários se interessem ou liguem pelos comentários postados pelos clientes, mas preciso alertar as pessoas para não cometerem o mesmo erro que eu cometi.
I am very disappointed with the place because they charged R $ 123.00 for 13 hours of parking, I tried to argue that it would be almost the monthly fee ... and the valet, as I read in other reviews, told me to park in another location. In addition to the abusive price, customer treatment came in last place.
I don't believe that the owners are interested in or care about the comments posted by customers, but I need to warn people not to make the same mistake that I did.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No sábado a noite 26/02, eu e minha esposa fomos ao restaurante, mas fomos surpreendidos ao parar no estacionamento convêniado. O manobrista estava nitidamente embreagado, tentei apenas dizer que gostariamos de levar a chave pois havíamos parado em um lugar que não seria necessário manobrar. Porém, dai começou o desrespeito comigo e minha esposa, nos ofendendo nos ameaçado. Por final, ele mandou que fossemos embora e disse para não voltarmos mais. Nunca mais volto neste local.
On Saturday night 02/26, my wife and I went to the restaurant, but we were surprised to stop at the agreed parking lot. The valet was clearly drunk, I just tried to say that we would like to take the key because we had stopped in a place that would not be necessary to maneuver. However, then disrespect began with me and my wife, offending us and threatened us. Finally, he told us to leave and told us not to come back. I will never go back to this place again.
