★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gostei bastante do serviço, só detestei a comunicação interna, me pediram pra retirar o produto e não disseram onde, supus que fosse na loja, já que não disponibilizaram outro endereço, cheguei às 17:20(20min adiantado), interfonei e ninguém respondeu e até às 17:40 fiquei esperando, 17:45 só perdi a paciência e subi as escadas ignorando o aviso de interfonar e esperar, falando com o atendente ele me diz que eu tenho que ir a outro lugar buscar ou esperar o dia seguinte, aí chegando lá eles me surpreendem mais ainda, o adesivo não estava completamente pronto e o produtor havia terminado o expediente e ido para casa. Disso o horário de retirada de quem chegou adiantado 20 minutos passou a ser 1h10 de atraso e os adesivos menores com uma qualidade inferior, enfim, falta logística e comunicação, o atendimento apesar de cordial e respeitoso desperdiçou um bom pedaço do meu dia.
I really liked the service, I just hated the internal communication, they asked me to pick up the product and they didn't say where, I assumed it was in the store, as they didn't provide another address, I arrived at 5:20 pm (20 minutes in advance), I intercom and no one answered and until 5:40 pm I was waiting, 5:45 pm I just lost my temper and went upstairs ignoring the call to call and wait, talking to the attendant he tells me I have to go somewhere else to pick it up or wait for the next day, then when I got there they surprise me even more, the sticker was not completely ready and the producer had finished work and went home. From this, the pick-up time for those who arrived 20 minutes early became 1h10 late and the smaller stickers with inferior quality, in short, lack of logistics and communication, the service, despite being cordial and respectful, wasted a good part of my day.
