Ponto negativo é a placa atualizada que informa em letras garrafais primeira hora por R$2,50, porém nas letrinhas menores diz que é apenas para o Bradesco. Da rua não dá pra ler completamente e leva o cliente ao engano, sendo passível de reclamação em órgãos de defesa do consumidor
