★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Péssima administração de estacionamento, os manobristas são legais, mas inventam regras para ficarem com seu dinheiro se cancelar antes do termino da mensalidade.
Tive muitos transtorno, só usei 2 dias o estacionamento e paguei 150 reais pela mensalidade, não querem estornar o restante do saldo até hoje.
Bad parking management, valets are cool, but they come up with rules to keep their money if they cancel before the end of the monthly fee.
I had many inconvenience, only used 2 days parking and paid 150 reais for the monthly fee, do not want to reverse the rest of the balance to this day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ O manobrista bateu meu carro, a princípio informaram que iriam arrumar de imediato, porém quando chegou na mecânica não foi autorizado reparo, quando entrei em contato com o estacionamento eles informaran que precisariam de 4 meses para o conserto, por motivos financeiros. Agora estão dificultando contato.... Bateram no estacionamento da José Maria Lisboa... Lamentável essa empresa existir..
The valet crashed my car, at first they said they would fix it right away, but when it arrived at the mechanics it was not authorized to repair, when I contacted the parking lot they informed that they would need 4 months for the repair, for financial reasons. Now they are making contact difficult .... They hit the parking lot of José Maria Lisboa ... It is unfortunate that this company exists ..

Contratem funcionários decentes, todas as vezes que parei lá parece que os manobristas estão fazendo um favor pra você… Tem tanta gente querendo trabalhar. Melhorem pra 2022. Só isso.
Dude, you guys ruin this parking lot's reputation with the employees you hire. For the love of God! Hire decent employees, every time I stopped there it seems the valets are doing you a favor… There are so many people wanting to work. Improve for 2022. That's all.
