Como tinha bastante serviço esperei a ligação até o final do dia quando resolvi descer para ver se já estava pronto. Qual a minha surpresa, o lavarapido fechado, trancado e meu carro lá dentro. Isso no sábado. Tentei ligar diversas vezes nos números que constam ali na frente, inclusive no do disk água e sem sucesso.
No domingo, quando vi pelo Google maps que já estaria aberto o local, desci novamente e encontrava-se fechado.bo local deveria estar aberto desde as 8 horas e já são 9:15 e ainda não apareceu ninguém. Minha revolta é com o descaso de além de não terem me ligado, não me avisaram o horário correto do funcionamento, pois confiei no que estava no Google maps, e também não se preocuparam em cumprir o horário que estava estipulado para o domingo, me deixando sem carro o final de sana todo e impossibilitada de ir trabalhar na segunda-feira.
Terrible. I left the car to be washed and they called to let me know it was ready. As there was plenty of service, I waited for the call until the end of the day when I decided to go down to see if it was ready. What was my surprise, the car washer closed, locked and my car inside. This on Saturday. I tried calling the numbers on the front several times, including the water disk, without success.
On Sunday, when I saw through Google maps that the place would already be open, I went down again and it was closed. My anger is with the negligence of not having called me, they didn't tell me the correct hours of operation, because I trusted what was on Google maps, and they also didn't bother to comply with the schedule that was stipulated for Sunday, leaving me without a car at the end of the sanatorium and unable to go to work on Monday.
