Pilates, confesso, achei que seria mais fácil. O trem pega uns músculos que nem saber da existência a gente sabe. Vitória é gente fina e adora prosear enquanto a gente fica chorando para fazer menos.
Unlocking the neck of staying at the computer is with Débora and now Johab. Staying in the same position doesn't help at all with back pain, but the space crew lets them go right away!
Pilates, I confess, I thought it would be easier. The train takes on muscles that we don't even know about. Vitória is a fine person and loves to chat while we are crying to do less.
