★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Levei minha mãe para fazer botox (27/01), na conversa falamos que a minha mãe não era daqui do ES, que iria embora no dia 31/01. Bem, fizeram a aplicação. Depois de passar 15 dias minha mãe estava bem triste pq não viu resultado nenhum! Fui perguntar pelo whatsapp, e não me responderam direito, fui até a clínica 2x, a primeira ela disse que não mudaria nada mesmo pq botox é só para deixar estático. Na 2x depois de questionar porque ela não avisou que era necessário minha mãe retornar a clínica para retoque (soube por amigas), ela respondeu que o retorno pode acontecer ou não. Mas vejam, se na primeira aplicação não ficou bom, o caso da minha mãe era de retornar a clínica, quando ela aplicou mesmo sabendo que a minha mãe não poderia retornar ela não deu escolha para a minha mãe. Garantiu o trabalho, mas não a qualidade não orientando o paciente. Se ela não tivesse atentado a questão da minha mãe morar fora, quando eu reclamei da primeira vez ela teria dito "sua precisa vir reaplicar". Mas não, ela sabia ... só ficou justificando o porquê de não ter dado resultado e porque o retorno não é preciso, enfim, no caso da minha mãe era preciso retornar. Mas é isso. Dinheiro foi garantido mesmo com paciente descontente

If she hadn't addressed the issue of my mother living abroad, when I complained the first time she would have said "you need to come reapply". But no, she knew... she just kept explaining why it didn't work and why the return is not necessary, anyway, in the case of my mother, it was necessary to return. But that's it. Money was guaranteed even with disgruntled patient
