★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me casei no dia 09/11/2019, procurei em vários lugares o que precisava para o meu dia da noiva, que por sinal é uma das coisas mais importantes para uma noiva, encontrei no Perfil muitas promessas porém não foi cumprido, tive um péssimo DIA DA NOIVA, e até hoje perco o sono por isso.
Como se não pudesse ficar pior, levei a minha família pra que passassem o dia comigo e foi o mais traumático pra mim, foram MUITO mau tratadas no dia, nenhuma saiu satisfeita. Com excessão a Larissa que fez um ótimo trabalho e atendimento, mas ainda assim, as maquiagens não eram de boa qualidade e por isso as fotos não ficaram tão boas, precisaram ser tratadas.
Não gostaria, mas estou escrevo o meu relato pois me sinto muito triste ainda e tenho raiva por não ter reclamado no dia, temo também que outras NOIVAS passem pela mesma situação.
I got married on 11/09/2019, I looked in various places for what I needed for my bride's day, which by the way is one of the most important things for a bride, I found in my Profile many promises but it was not fulfilled, I had a terrible DAY OF THE BRIDE, and even today I lose sleep over it.
As if it couldn't get any worse, I took my family to spend the day with me and it was the most traumatic for me, they were VERY badly treated on the day, none left satisfied. With the exception of Larissa who did a great job and service, but still, the makeups were not of good quality and therefore the photos were not so good, they needed to be treated.
I would not like it, but I am writing my account because I feel very sad still and I am angry for not having complained on the day, I am also afraid that other BRIDES are going through the same situation.

They need to respect the schedule, and the customer. why, it is the customer who keeps the company.
Employees act as if they were doing

My daughter and son-in-law were waiting 35 minutes while the hairdresser was talking, the receptionist said they should have complained earlier, the hairdresser said, come on
I have half an hour, Conclusion they lost 2 clients and the opportunity to show that they can be competent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Recomendo 100% o Espaço Perfil. Começando pelo atendimento da Recepção, as meninas são super simpáticas, atenciosas e extremamente profissionais. Super recomendo o trabalho da Jane (depiladora), ela é incrível e super atenciosa e faz um trabalho sensacional. Minha recomendação também vai para as manicures Cris e Franciele, superaram as minhas expectativas. Além disso, super recomendo a Rafaela (sombrancelha), ela é ótima, super atenciosa e incrível.
Enfim, o espaço perfil é um excelente ambiente. Recomendo de olhos fechados!
I recommend 100% Profile Space. Starting with the reception service, the girls are super friendly, thoughtful and extremely professional. I highly recommend Jane's work (epilator), she is amazing and super attentive and does a sensational job. My recommendation also goes to Cris and Franciele manicures, they surpassed my expectations. Also, I highly recommend Rafaela (eyebrow), she is great, super attentive and amazing.
Anyway, the profile space is an excellent environment. I recommend it with your eyes closed!
